Spock's Beard is a symphonic progressive rock group. The band form in 1992 in Los Angeles, California. The group currently has 9 studio albums, 8 live albums, and two singles.(Skin and All on Sunday).Spock's Beard combines the sound of various prog influences into their music. The poppy type vocal style of Genesis, the vocal harmonies of Gentle Giant, and the excellent musicianship of Yes. The band tend to do a mixture of short songs and epics. The epics which are usually sixteen minutes.
